They will probably try to make it illega/impossible to
leave. Expect someone to try for a 90% "exit tax"
or something, esp for businesses.

Also expect the pols to exempt themselves and the
city from any legal consequences from their big
"experiment in anarchy" ........

As for the worlds criminal types - PUT SEATTLE ON
YOUR LIST ! Robbing, raping, arsons, murders,
general thuggery - it all becomes effectively legal
because there will be little authority to stop you.
If the "social worker" tells you to stop strangling
someone, well, you will be able to strangle them
too ... end of issue.

This has been going on for years in cities like Seattle. Seattle will
just be the first to take the next step. Seattle has been a sanctuary
city and many homeless druggies have traveled there because they know
the cops won't or can't do much. The cops have been getting hobbled in
their ability by local politicians to be able to deal with the
heightened crime rates due to this progressive societal breakdown. CHOP
is the latest event in a long line of many that have lead up to the
defunding of the cops and removal of their ability to effectively police
the local crime.
